Message	90% of car thieves are just idiots that don't have anything better to do. In this case an alarm is definitely worth the money. It will also help prevent vandalism and hit & run's. Granted, if a "Gone in 60 Seconds" thief wants your car, they will get it no matter what alarm you have.
